Termite inspections will be performed by a licensed pest control company that we will call on your behalf at no extra charge.

Environmental testing.

We will collect the required examples and send them to a professional lavatory to be analyzed and provide you with the results.

A home inspection consists of a visual evaluation only.
A visual evaluation consists of an inspection that only covers damages that are visible. Evaluation of any damage inside the walls or in low height areas that are considered by the inspector as unreachable will not be evaluated and therefore not be made a part of the inspection report.
